What services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular maintenance, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, construction cleanup, and specialized cleaning for rentals and Airbnb properties.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we do. For your first deep clean and as a welcome to Jersey Clean, we bring all of our professional grade cleaning supplies and equipment. We even leave behind a color-coded kit of new sponges for the kitchen, shower, and toilet to prevent cross contamination.

For regular cleaning services, we give you the option to either use our supplies for a small additional charge or we can provide you with a list of our preferred products. This allows us to ensure a consistent, high-quality clean while also respecting your preferences for specific products or brands. We are also happy to use your vacuum and tissue if you prefer.

How do you determine your rates?

We believe in providing transparent and fair pricing. To give you the most accurate quote, we offer a complimentary, free walkthrough of your home or business.

During this visit, we’ll take a look at your space, discuss your specific cleaning needs, and explain our process. We’ll also provide you with a comprehensive folder that includes:

  • A detailed Checklist of what’s covered in our deep and regular cleaning services.
  • Product List of the high-quality, eco-friendly products we use.
  • A list of Additional Services and their typical costs, so you can customize your clean.

Following our walkthrough, we’ll send you a personalized quote via email. This quote will include pricing for an initial deep clean, as well as options for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly regular cleaning, allowing you to choose the plan that best fits your needs and budget.

What is the difference between a “Deep clean” and a regular clean?

The primary difference is the level of detail and time invested. A Deep Clean is a one time, intensive service designed to reset the cleanliness of your space. A Regular Clean is a lighter maintenance service performed on a recurring schedule to maintain that level of cleanliness.

Regular Clean: After the initial deep clean, our regular service maintains your home’s pristine condition. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure your main living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are consistently clean and tidy. The focus is on key areas to keep your home healthy and comfortable on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Deep Clean: This is a heavy duty, comprehensive service that is always our first visit. It includes everything in a regular clean, plus extra attention to built-up grime, dust, and hard to reach areas. We focus on cleaning surfaces from top to bottom, including inside windows, baseboards, and thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all fixtures. This service takes more time but provides a fresh start for your home.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we are happy to work with you to find a better time, at no extra cost, especially in the case of an emergency. We’re here to help you, not penalize you.

However, we do have a short-notice cancellation policy to protect the schedule of our team. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee will be applied. For our recurring clients, we can often skip a clean without affecting your regular rate, but if you need to skip more than two consecutive cleanings, we may need to adjust your next visit to a deep clean rate to ensure we can get your home back to its proper standard of cleanliness.
